-Maintaining the schedule of patient appointments by promptly notifying relevant departments of patient arrivals, reviewing service delivery against schedules, alerting departments to service delays, and actively participating in triage-based management at the reception.
-Managing patient accounts by accurately obtaining, recording, filing, and updating personal and financial information; aiding in debt recovery through systematic recording of medical aid and cash payments.
-Ensuring revenue flow by recording and updating financial information, collecting patient charges, monitoring patient credit, verifying the validity of medical aid cards or service types against medical aid plans, and facilitating efficient processing of medical aid claims.
-Coordinating with relevant departments, maintaining records of office inventory and equipment, including stock checks, anticipating supply needs, placing orders, verifying receipt of supplies, and scheduling equipment service and repairs; responsible for petty cash management.
-Handling diary management, organizing meetings, and scheduling appointments for management when required.
-Performing typing, compilation, and printing of documents as needed.

-Holder of a diploma or degree in Business Administration.
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinic or hospital setting.
