NOTICE OF VACANT POSITION
RE-ADVERTISEMENT: MAINTENANCE AND SCHEDULING CLERK
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the above-mentioned position in the Transport and Logistics Department. The incumbent will report to the Workshop Foreman and will be based at Head Office.
-Preparing internal and external job cards.
-Generating Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) for services provided.
-Preparing weekly and monthly workshop staff returns.
-Keeping records of vehicles entering and leaving the workshop.
-Maintaining vehicle logbooks and ensuring all vehicles sent for service have proper documentation.
-Maintaining the vehicle maintenance register.
-Registering vehicles for service and scheduling them with internal and external service providers.
-Ordering, issuing, and accounting for stationery supplies.
-Preparing and reconciling suppliers’ invoices for payments.
-Handling petty cash for minor day-to-day expenses.
-Performing any other duties as assigned by the Superior.
Ad
-Five (5) 'O' level passes, including English Language and Mathematics.
-A National Diploma in Logistics and Transport Management, Accounting, Economics, or Business Studies, or an equivalent qualification.
-At least one (1) year of experience in a related role.
