Quality Controller (X1)

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, the successful candidate will:
-Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to ensure products meet established standards.
-Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
-Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
-Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
-Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and ensure consistent quality.
-Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
-Train and guide staff on quality control processes and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

-At least a Diploma in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Biological Sciences, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemical Technology.
-At least 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food, chemical, or clothing and textile industries.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
-Strong knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and techniques.
-Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO certifications.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
