SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and techniques.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO certifications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, the successful candidate will:
Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to ensure products meet established standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and ensure consistent quality.
Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
Train and guide staff on quality control processes and best practices.

At least a Diploma in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Biological Sciences, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemical Technology.
At least 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food, chemical, or clothing and textile industries.
