job Description

Ensure compliance with health care data security standards- HIPAA, SOC2
Support analytics teams by providing clean, well-structured data sets.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop, optimize & maintain ETL pipelines to process structured & unstructured data from various sources- CSV, JSON, APIs & Databases
2. Manage & administer SQL & NoSQL databases, ensuring performance, security & scalability
3. Design & implement data transformation, validation & cleansing processes
4. Improve query performance through indexing, partitioning & optimization techniques
5. Monitor data workflows & implement automated alerts for failures or inconsistencies.

Qualifications and Experience

5+ years of experience in Python development & automation
Proficiency in regular expressions for parsing & validation
Familiarity with data cleansing, normalization & transformation
Working knowledge of SQL & MongoDB
