Responsible for managing company requistions, procurement and stores management functions to ensure efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and stores management.
1. Manage purchasing budgets and forecasts.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Manage inventory levels and optimize stock holding.
4. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
5. Resolve supply chain disruptions.
6. Conduct supplier performance reviews on products purchased.
7. Manage inventory levels and optimize stock holding.
8. Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
9. Implement inventory management systems
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
2. Experience: 3+ years purchasing and supply chain experience.
3. Certifications: CSCP, CPSM, or equivalent.
4. Skills:
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles
