This role holds individual accountability for the identification and closure of profitable, value-adding leasing deals for vacancies and renewals on client portfolios through personal efforts. The Property Manager is responsible for identifying and closing letting and sales deals in accordance with client terms and prospect types, as well as identifying property trends for opportunities.
Lease Management:
-Individually accountable for identifying and closing letting and sales deals according to client terms and prospect types through personal efforts.
-Identifies and resolves problematic vacancies for portfolio clients.
Personal Effectiveness:
-Accountable for service delivery through personal efforts.
-Manages own time, tasks, and output quality for periods ranging from 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.
-Enhances contributions by expanding individual skills.
-Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.

Market Research:
-Develops and maintains customer/industry networks to maximize lead identification.
