Duties and Responsibilities

-Identify and close letting and sales deals according to client terms and prospect types.
-Identify property trends for retail and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) opportunities.
-Resolve problematic vacancies for portfolio clients.
-Develop and maintain customer/industry networks to maximize lead identification.
-Accountable for managing own time, tasks, and output quality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.
-Make increased contributions by broadening individual skills.
-Collaborate effectively with others to achieve personal results.
-Accept and embody the company values.
