Ideal candidates should possess proven experience in all aspects of construction, with a comprehensive understanding of Zimbabwean council laws and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers and architects. Negotiate contracts with suppliers/vendors. Obtain approvals from appropriate authorities. Determine required resources from start to finish and budget/forecast accordingly. Plan and schedule all operations to ensure deadlines are met. Supervise/oversee all labor and contractors on the project. Implement and maintain a detailed reporting structure. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Relevant construction/project management qualifications are highly advantageous.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Administration and any other relevant degree
