The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Role:
Set project timeline Monitor project deliverables Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them Initiating solar and energy storage Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) initiatives. Cultivating fresh sales opportunities alongside adeptly nurturing current clientele. Managing the sales funnel and records meticulously within the SalesForce CRM system, adhering to schedules. Although not directly overseeing team personnel, actively engaging in collaborative strategy sessions with the sales team to refine triumphant sales approaches and exemplar methodologies. Securing substantial field presence to foster, amplify, and sustain sales endeavors. Striving for optimal time allocation between productive administrative duties and accomplished reporting.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
