We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will oversee all incoming projects, ensuring they run smoothly and meet deadlines. This role involves being the primary contact person for clients, managing project timelines, and liaising with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of project planning, development, and execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are understood and implemented. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise. Facilitate communication between clients and the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Ensure that payment stages are met and processed after the completion of each agreed milestone. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software industry. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana). Preferred Skills:
PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification. Experience working with agile project management methodologies. Technical background or experience in software development.
