Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Finance Manager to oversee the financial planning, management, and execution of project financing activities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the financial viability and compliance of our infrastructure projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial models • Coordinate and monitor project funding, disbursements, and cash flows • Liaise with financial institutions, lenders, and stakeholders regarding project financing • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory financial requirements • Conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses for financial decision-making • Oversee project audits and prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and executive teams to ensure financial alignment
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred) • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are an added advantage • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in project finance, preferably in construction or infrastructure • Solid understanding of financial modeling, international funding mechanisms, and risk management • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle) • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
