Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator provides over-all supervision and coordination of the Roots to Shoots (RTS) Project Phase 2. S/he ensures that project goals and objectives of the Maternal and Child Care (MCC) component are met in the project sites. S/he relates with other program partners for successful integration of relevant program components to MCC. Engages strategic partnerships with various stakeholders to ensure sustainability and institutionalization of project models in the covered sites. Collaborates with stakeholders in advocating for local level support to activities focused on the first 1,000 days window and improvement of infant and young child feeding practices. Demonstrates Christ-centered lifestyle that inspires passion and set high standard of personal integrity/maturity.
