Due Date: 4 January 2025 Reports to: The Regional Coordinator Action for Youth Foundation Trust is a registered not-for-profit, non-governmental organization that seeks to create safe and conducive violent-free environment for Youths living with HIV, Orphans and Vulnerable Children and Youths in Key & Vulnerable Populations in Zimbabwe. Action for Youth Foundation Trust is looking for four (3) Programs Coordinators who will be leading in implementing Action for Youth Foundation Trust's projects activities in the district of assignment at voluntary basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities: - Conducting registration of recipients of care in the database. - Conducting trainings with different recipients of care, religious leaders, stakeholders & caregivers. - Providing support and supervision to the Programs Assistants & Counselors in the district of implementation. - Activity and quarterly report writing and submission. - Finance requests, program execution, and liquidation in accordance with the organization's finance procedures and timelines. - Facilitating Stakeholder engagement. - Attending the District Stakeholders Reports Meeting led by other partners. - Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least a Degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Sociology, Psychology or any other social science is a must. - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. - CPD Certificate in NGO Management, Project Management or M&E or equivalent is an added advantage. - Recent graduates are the most preferred.
