Due Date: 4 January 2025 Reports to: The Programs Coordinator Action for Youth Foundation Trust is a registered not-for-profit, non-governmental organization that seeks to create a safe and conducive violent-free environment for Youths living with HIV, Orphans and Vulnerable Children and Youths in Key & Vulnerable Populations in Zimbabwe. Action for Youth Foundation Trust is looking for four (3) Programs Assistants who will be supporting the Programs Coordinator in implementing Action for Youth Foundation Trust's projects activities in the district of assignment at voluntary basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting in conducting registration of recipients of care in the database. - Assisting in conducting trainings with different recipients of care, religious leaders, stakeholders & caregivers. - Data Entry & Capturing - Activity and quarterly report writing and submission. - Finance requests, program execution, and liquidation in accordance with the organization's finance procedures and timelines. - Assisting in facilitating Stakeholder engagement. - Attending the District Stakeholders Reports Meeting led by other partners. - Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least a Diploma in Social Work, Development Studies, Sociology, Psychology or any other social science is a must. - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. - CPD Certificate in NGO Management, Project Management or M&E or equivalent is an added advantage. - Recent graduates are the most preferred.
