PRODUCTION / SENIOR CHEFS (x2) – Kwekwe Unit
Location: Kwekwe
Company: Fresh Delight Catering

Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and maintaining high culinary standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook meals according to set recipes and standards
-Supervise junior kitchen staff during food production
-Ensure proper food portioning, presentation, and quality control
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
-Assist in stock control and inventory management
-Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
-Support menu development and improvements

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements:
-Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent experience
-Experience in a busy kitchen environment
-Strong attention to detail and consistency
-Good teamwork and communication skills
