Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for various challenging tasks including:

Establishing a conducive working environment to enhance productivity and achieve both immediate and long-term goals.
Encouraging a flexible and open mindset towards new opportunities within the team.
Managing departmental budgets and ensuring appropriate allocation of resources.
Executing strategic plans and providing direction for all production initiatives.
Optimizing production operations through efficient management and deployment of available resources.
Identifying opportunities to maximize the utilization of the garment manufacturing plant’s capacity.
Facilitating staff training and development to enhance competencies beneficial to the business unit.
Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, as well as adherence to standard operating procedures and GMP principles.
Continuously assessing production procedures, process flows, and equipment integrity and efficiency, collaborating closely with Engineering and Quality sections.
Maintaining GMP compliance and readiness for product manufacturing operations inspections at all times.
Providing comprehensive leadership in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the production function.
Carrying out any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Qualifications and Experience

At least a Diploma in Cutting and Design / Clothing and Fashion Design.
At least 5 years of experience in the Clothing industry.
