A local gold mine company based in Zimbabwe is urgently seeking the above candidate. The person must be an Analyst and be comfortable with large lines of data and ability to interpret Procurement data, simplify and advise the business on where it should be regarding Purchasing.
Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate should be able to : - See trends - Reporting and forecasting - stock categorisation - OSMI Management - Set Inventory requirements for the business - Inventory replenishing planning - Forecasting end user requirements. - Preparation critical stock reports - Creating orders and making sure they are properly filed. - Attending tendering meetings - Updating safety health and Environmental files including materials safety data sheet - sending quotation requests - Create stores and Procurement reports for management Executive Council meetings.

Qualifications and Experience
EXPERIENCE 5 to 10 years experience of Procurement Planner/Analyst or Inventory Analyst. Experience in mining industry is an added advantage
EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Purchasing Management and Logistics
Must be computer literate in Sage, Excel and MS word
