Graduate Trainees

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products
- Support the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Analyze and manage procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain procurement documentation and records

Qualifications and Experience

- Recent graduate with a degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Hospitality procurement experience gained when on attachment, an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in procurement
