The following Vacancies have arisen within the City of Bulawayo:
PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT – GRADE 6
-Maintains proper records of contracts documents.
-Takes minutes in procurement meetings.
-Prepares payment vouchers.
-Prepares requisitions for the Procurement Management Unit.
-Schedules meetings in the Procurement Unit.
-Keeps custody of and distributes consumables within the Procurement Management Unit.
-Receives and distributes enquiries to relevant parties.
-Sales tender documents.
-A Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent.
Experience
-At least 2 years’ experience in a similar environment.
