As a Procurement Assistant, you will support the company's procurement process and ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment to meet project and operational needs. You will need to maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure that the quality and cost of purchased items meet company standards.
Process purchase orders, including generating, tracking and updating order status
Communicate with suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate prices and ensure the best purchasing conditions
Review and process supplier invoices to ensure they are consistent with purchase orders and receipt records
Maintain supplier database, evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback
Assist in market research, identify new suppliers and procurement opportunities
Process procurement-related documents and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance of all records
High school degree or above, logistics management, procurement or related majors are preferred
At least 1 year of procurement or related work experience
Familiar with procurement processes and supply chain management, with good negotiation skills
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous work attitude
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
