job Description

NMB Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated POS Technician to join our team. The incumbent will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transaction processing environment, providing essential support to our merchants and contributing to overall customer satisfaction within the region.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Hardware and Software Point of Sale configurations.
-POS deployments.
-POS hardware and Software repairs.
-Merchant and Agent relationship management.
-Handling POS customer queries.
-POS machine upgrades and support.
-Driving merchant POS activity, including the resuscitation of idle POS terminals.

Qualifications and Experience

-At least 1-year experience in the field of POS and Merchant Services.
-Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Information Systems/Business Studies.
-A valid driver’s license.
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
-Payment processing knowledge and Merchant relationship management skills.
-Ability to analyze and identify merchant needs, creating effective solutions.
-Solid time management abilities to respond to a fast-paced environment.
