PLANT OPERATOR/TECHNICIAN (3 POSTS)
Duties and responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Operation and maintenance of the plant
Inspection of raw materials and finished products
Ensuring smooth operation of the plant and equipment at all times,
Trouble shooting in the event of faults and communication with suppliers
Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the General Manager from time to
time
Minimum Qualifications
The positions require an individual with:
A Diploma in engineering or degree in related field
A minimum of five (5) Ordinary Level Passes
High computer literacy
Maturity acumen, creative with the ability to work under pressure
An Ability to balance competing priorities
An Ability to work under pressure
A clean criminal record
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience with workshops, equipment, operation of production plant and plant maintenance
