Duties and Responsibilities

-Manage and maintain accurate payroll records and processes
-Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
-Process payroll transactions efficiently and effectively
-Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or
- Diploma in Payroll Management
- O-Level Mathematics with a grade C or better

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll management
- Experience working with Belina payroll system (desirable)

Skills:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
