Duties and Responsibilities
As a Parts Supervisor for PITSTOP/ MAHINDRA at Croco Motors, your responsibilities will include: -Establishing individual parts inventory levels and optimizing them for maximum turnover. -Assisting in the supervision of stock order procedures. -Collaborating with Workshop and Service Managers to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs. -Providing technical assistance to employees and customers. -Handling customer complaints immediately and in accordance with the Company’s guidelines. -Assisting in developing sales promotions. -Analyzing departmental operations and storage layout, revising as needed for maximum effectiveness. -Achieving Monthly Parts Sales targets as per the Budget. -Training Parts Sales staff and Graduate Trainees. -Maintaining rapport with customers to grow the Parts sales Business.
Qualifications and Experience
-A Sales/Marketing/Business Administration qualification. -Purchasing qualification will be an added advantage. -Technical Qualification is an added advantage. -Class 4 Driver’s license.
Skills and Attributes: -Energetic and quality-oriented. -Good written and oral communication skills. -Promotional prowess and networking ability. -Customer responsiveness.
