To drive parts sales while ensuring effective stock control, excellent customer service, and smooth operation of the parts department.
-Actively sell automotive parts and accessories and achieve set sales targets.
-Manage stock ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of parts.
-Ensure availability of fast-moving stock and control slow-moving or obsolete items.
-Provide professional customer service and handle queries, complaints, and returns.
-Supervise, train, and manage parts staff performance and attendance.
-Prepare basic sales and stock reports and maintain system records.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and loss-prevention measures.

-Parts sales performance.
-Stock accuracy and availability.
-Customer satisfaction.
-Stock losses and variances.
-Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Procurement or related field
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive parts sales or management.
-Strong sales, customer service, and people management skills.
-Computer literate with knowledge of inventory systems.
-High level of integrity and attention to detail.
