Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications -A Degree in Marketing or any other relevant and similar qualification -A minimum of five (5) years’ working experience in a middle management sales position -Previous experience in the automotive industry will be a distinct advantage
Skills and Attributes -Proven ability in sales management with a strong drive to achieve and exceed set targets -Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a dynamic sales team -Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence -Excellent networking skills, as networking is a critical success factor in this role -Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills -Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
