Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements -Grade 12 / Matric Certificate -Currently employed in a role you intend to retain -Access to an existing network and in-segment market -DOFA-compliant and fit & proper as per FSCA guidelines -Valid Driver’s Licence and own reliable vehicle -Clear criminal and credit record -Digitally literate and comfortable with technology -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Excellent planning, organisation, and analytical abilities -Entrepreneurial spirit with a sales-driven mindset -Determination, GRIT, and resilience to build a long-term client base
