Vacancy Notice:
A leading construction and mining company based in Zimbabwe is urgently seeking to recruit reliable and organized individuals with the right qualifications and experience.
2. OPERATOR TRAINER

Duties and Responsibilities

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Train Operators on heavy construction equipment (excavators, dump trucks, loaders, etc)
- Develop training materials and deliver practical and theoretical instructions
- Assess Operators' skills and performance
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures
- Conduct equipment and evaluations and operator assessments
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve Operator performance

Qualifications and Experience

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in operating heavy construction equipment
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience as an Operator Trainer or similar role.
- Certification in Operator Training is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and industrial skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction operations
