Duties and Responsibilities
KEY REQUIREMENTS - Train Operators on heavy construction equipment (excavators, dump trucks, loaders, etc) - Develop training materials and deliver practical and theoretical instructions - Assess Operators' skills and performance - Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures - Conduct equipment and evaluations and operator assessments - Provide feedback and coaching to improve Operator performance
Qualifications and Experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience in operating heavy construction equipment - Minimum of 5 years of working experience as an Operator Trainer or similar role. - Certification in Operator Training is an added advantage - Excellent communication and industrial skills - In-depth knowledge of construction operations
