We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes, ensuring the smooth delivery of programs and services.

Duties and Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies aligned with ICCI’s objectives.
•Oversee day-to-day operations, including course delivery, academic scheduling, and administrative functions.
•Manage financial and human resources, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations.
•Design and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
•Monitor performance using KPIs and provide reports to senior management.
•Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
•Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
•Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
•Manage vendor and partner relationships to support ICCI programs and services.

Qualifications and Experience

•Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research & Statistics, Financial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Big Data Analytics, AI, Strategic management or related field. A Master’s degree (MBA, MBL or MSc or PhD) is highly desirable.
•Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in operations, administration, or academic management.
•Proven experience in process improvement, resource management, and strategic planning.
•Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Knowledge of ERP systems, project management tools, and data analysis software is an advantage.
•Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or COM are a plus.
