A well established organization in the tourism and hospitality sector is looking for a qualified and experienced Operations Manager to manage various aspects of the company’s operations, including logistics, customer service, and strategic planning.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Logistics management
-Customer service management
-Human resource management
-Financial management
-Risk management and compliance
-Strategic planning and development
-Supplier relations management

Qualifications and Experience

-Holder of a second level degree in Tourism and Leisure Activities or equivalent
-Professional qualification in business management or leadership
-5 years’ experience in Operations of a destination Management Company at senior management level
