Tyezoom Mining is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and drive efficiency in our mining operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and leading teams towards achieving production targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Oversee and manage mining operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. •Implement operational policies, procedures, and safety standards. •Supervise staff, providing guidance, leadership, and performance management. •Monitor budgets, costs, and production schedules. •Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and company regulations. •Prepare and present operational reports to management.
Qualifications and Experience
•A degree in Project Management, Operations Management, Business Management, Mining Engineering, or a related field. •Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in operations management, preferably within the mining or industrial sector. •Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. •Excellent knowledge of operational processes, compliance, and safety standards. •Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
