job Description

The Office Assistant completes administrative activities effectively and efficiently including customer service, accounting & bookkeeping, sales & marketing, processing vehicle bookings & invoicing, filing all company documents and ensuring general maintenance of the company premises.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Office Assistant’s responsibilities may include:

1.Recording of vehicle fleet documentation including vehicle service records, insurance, vehicle licence expiry dates, vehicle mileage, vehicle hire checklists (dispatched/returned) and parts supplier list etc.

2. Develop and maintain positive
relationships and linkages with both internal & external customers to ensure effective customer service delivery including maintaining the customer database.

4. Completes administration tasks including data entry in the computer system.

5. In addition to the above responsibilities, you are required to also perform any other reasonable duties as directed from time to time by your supervisor such cleaning (vehicles, office area and holiday home)

Qualifications and Experience

• Ordinary Level education at least 5 passes.
• Supportive and caring for customers.
• Commitment to the rights of the customers.
• Accountable & able to accept responsibility.
• Good communication & listening skills (written & verbal).
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Able to cope with the physical demands of the job.
