Precision Recruitment International is currently seeking a qualified candidate with a marketing background in the food industry for the role of New Product Development Manager. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing new menus and will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end new product development process, ensuring the introduction of a group of innovative concepts/products annually across all markets.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Create and manage the new product development pipeline portfolio, ensuring successive quarterly rollouts of profitable products to achieve growth targets.
-Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the Customer to Concept process, bringing new products to market.
-Identify marketing opportunities through market analysis, competitor assessment, and product market evaluation.
-Provide leadership and support for the design, development, and implementation of products by initiating consumer needs research.
-Develop new products that meet consumer needs, ensuring consumer acceptance and identifying packaging improvements.
-Identify co-pack opportunities and develop introductory market programs for new products.
-Periodically present project updates to the leadership team.
-Develop, maintain, and update the new product development "Concept to Customer" process, ensuring a quarterly introduction and commercialization of new concepts/products.
-Champion new concepts/products through the "Stage Gate" development processes, including formulary and costing, internal validation testing, test pilot operational run, customer/market test, and production scale-up.
-Handle all aspects of taking successful new product concepts through commercialization.
-Develop an introduction team with members from key functional areas for a coordinated and successful product introduction.
-Conduct Performance Evaluation Analysis activities for new products.

Qualifications and Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline preferred.
-Minimum of 5 years of business experience in marketing, product management, or sales, with preferred experience in project management.
-Chef/Cook experience is a must.
-Willingness to continue advancing education in project management.
-Working knowledge of the food industry.
-Strong written and oral communication skills, planning and organization skills, and analytical abilities.
-Ability to interpret syndicated market data and research, recommending appropriate actions.
-Capable of working independently, staying organized, and handling multiple responsibilities.
-Motivational, problem-solving, and effective prioritization skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note) and other related operating systems.
-Integrity, tenacity, resilience, and adaptability in complex situations and changing environments.
-Ability to handle pressure, commit to deadlines, and align with Company values.
