Act as the primary representative and spokesperson for the National Health Board.
Foster relationships with government officials, healthcare providers, and community leaders.
Advocate for public health priorities and resource allocation.

Performance Monitoring

Evaluate the performance of the board and senior leadership in achieving health outcomes.
Monitor financial management and resource utilization to ensure accountability.
Promote transparency through regular reporting to stakeholders and the public.
