-Receives bodies into mortuary. -Body preparation -Compliance with regulatory requirements -Ensuring family is well informed and cared for. -Respectfully and correctly treating the deceased body. -Effective arrangements and co-ordination of funeral proceedings. -Supporting the funeral consultant -Timeously prepares burial equipment
