Zimasco (Pvt) Limited, a major player in Zimbabwe’s Ferrochrome Production sector, has some exciting and challenging career opportunities at its Shurugwi & South Dyke Mining Division. Applications are invited from suitably qualified, competent and experienced individuals to fill the vacant posts in the Division on Fixed-Term employment contract basis, renewable subject to performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Compiling, reviewing and computing statistical production data for mining operations. Preparation of reports for further reviews. Time sheets preparation. Minutes taking in Mining-related meetings. Records management, both manually and electronically. Creation of reservations using an ERP System.
Qualifications and Experience
National Diploma in mining or equivalent from a reputable tertiary institution Ar least 2 years of working in a mining industry or a heavy machinery environment Working knowledge of safety management systems, preferably with exposure to the NOSA SHE System. Holder of a clean Class 4 driver’s licence.
