Duties and Responsibilities
1. Analyze metallurgical processes: Conduct detailed analysis of metallurgical processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance. 2. Develop and implement process improvements: Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. 3. Provide technical support: Provide technical support to the operations team, including troubleshooting and problem-solving. 4. Conduct laboratory tests: Conduct laboratory tests to analyze metallurgical samples and provide data for process optimization. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and quality control.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in metallurgical analysis or a related field. 3. Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills, including experience with laboratory testing and data analysis. 4. Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
