Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify trends, analyze customer needs, and conduct competitor research to inform product decisions.
- launch new products. -Determine the optimal product assortment, including pricing, inventory levels, and distribution channels.
- Analyze sales data, track inventory levels, and adjust product strategies to meet sales and profitability goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of products.
-Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to create appealing product displays and presentations. -Monitor inventory levels, identify slow-moving products, and optimize stock levels.
-Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Work with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective product execution.
Qualifications and Experience
Must be experienced /Holder of a Diploma /Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 2+ years of merchandising experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
