We are seeking a skilled and tech-savvy individual to manage the live streaming of our services, enhance our online presence, and support our audio-visual production needs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in YouTube and Facebook streaming, experience using the ATEM live streamer, audio-visual setup for PA systems, and podcast editing.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Live Streaming: Set up and manage live broadcasts of services on YouTube and Facebook. Operate the ATEM live streamer to ensure high-quality video production during services. Troubleshoot and ensure smooth streaming experiences during live events. Maintain and optimize the church's online streaming platforms. 2.Audio-Visual Support:
Connect and manage sound systems for PA during services and events. Ensure seamless integration of audio and video equipment. Address technical issues promptly during services. 3.Content Creation and Editing:
Edit and produce podcasts from recorded sermons and discussions. Assist in creating engaging digital content for social media platforms. 4.Equipment Management:
Maintain and organize audio-visual equipment, including the ATEM live streamer. Recommend and implement upgrades to streaming and AV systems as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements:
Proven experience with YouTube and Facebook live streaming. Proficiency with ATEM live streamer systems. Familiarity with PA sound systems, including setup and troubleshooting. Proficiency in audio and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Audacity). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a church or similar worship environment. Knowledge of additional digital media platforms. Familiarity with lighting systems for video recording.
