Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: -Oversee maintenance of mining and plant equipment -Ensure equipment reliability and availability -Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance -Manage pumps, conveyors, crushers, and related systems -Support engineering projects and shutdown planning
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements: -Degree in Mechanical Engineering -Experience with heavy mining or industrial equipment preferred -Knowledge of maintenance systems and mechanical diagnostics -Strong leadership and communication skills
