Duties and Responsibilities
•Design and test materials for components like turbines, pipes, and structural elements to ensure durability and efficiency. •Innovate forming techniques to create parts that withstand high-pressure water flow and environmental stresses. •Collaborate with civil and mechanical engineers to integrate materials into the overall design of the plant. •Design and implement instrumentation and control systems for turbines, generators, and water flow management. •Monitor and troubleshoot systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. •Develop automation strategies to enhance energy production and minimize downtime. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with other plant operations

Qualifications and Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Materials Forming and Control Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A -Master’s degree or additional certifications in civil, mechanical or mining engineering is highly desirable. -Minimum 4 years of experience in Materials Forming and Control Engineering/mechanical engineering , with a strong focus on mining applications.
