Qualifications and Experience

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the meat industry.
3. Proven track record in sales and marketing.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics.
7. Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., email marketing, social media advertising).
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desirable Qualifications:
1. Experience with CRM software.
2. Knowledge of the retail and wholesale meat market.
3. Certification in marketing (e.g., CIM, Google Analytics).
