Job Description
A dynamic Marketing Consultant is sought to provide both strategic and hands‑on marketing support within the bank. The role focuses on translating business objectives into impactful marketing initiatives that enhance brand strength, drive customer acquisition and retention, and support sustainable revenue growth. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to deliver insight‑led, customer‑centric marketing solutions that meet regulatory requirements and advance the bank’s strategic ambitions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning
-Contributing to the development and execution of the bank’s marketing strategy in line with business priorities.
-Translating business goals into clear marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives.
-Conducting market, customer, and competitor analysis to inform marketing decisions.

Campaign Development and Execution
-Leading the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, branch, media, and partner channels.
-Ensuring campaigns are customer‑focused, commercially sound, and aligned to brand guidelines.
-Managing campaign timelines, budgets, and performance reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement
-Acting as a marketing advisor to business units, providing guidance on product launches, customer communication, and promotional activity.
-Working closely with product, sales, compliance, risk, and external agencies to ensure effective execution.
-Ensuring all marketing activity complies with regulatory, brand, and risk requirements.

Brand and Communications
-Safeguarding and strengthening the bank’s brand across all touchpoints.
-Overseeing the development of marketing and communication materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
-Supporting internal communication initiatives where required.

Performance Measurement
-Tracking, analysing, and reporting on campaign and channel performance.
-Using insights to optimise marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
-Preparing management reports and presentations.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
-A professional marketing qualification is an added advantage.
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within banking, financial services, or another regulated environment.
-Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
-Experience managing agencies and working with multiple internal stakeholders.
