We seek a dynamic Marketing and Administration Officer to join our organisation based in Zvishavane. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organisational skills, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Marketing company products and services, i.e. new tyre sales and repairs, wheel alignment& wheel balancing, suspension fixing and vehicle servicing. • Sourcing for new customers and managing key accounts. • Assist customers in selecting appropriate tyres based on their needs and vehicle specifications. • Manage customer appointments and ensure timely fitment schedules. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims professionally and efficiently. • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets. • Collaborate with technicians to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction. • Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma/ Degree in Business studies or Motor Mechanics. • Proven experience in marketing and sales coordination, preferably in the automotive industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail. • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with tyre sales software or CRM systems is advantageous. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A passion for customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
