The Marketing and Admin Officer (Retail & Furniture) is responsible for supporting business growth by combining sales-driven marketing activities with efficient administrative support. The role focuses on promoting and selling furniture and retail products through social media and other channels, targeting high net worth individuals, individual customers, and corporate clients, while generating and following up on sales leads. In addition, the officer manages day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing quotations and invoices, maintaining sales and client records, coordinating showroom activities, and liaising with suppliers and delivery teams. This role suits a highly organized, digitally savvy, and customer-focused professional who can balance creative marketing, active selling, and strong administrative coordination in a fast-paced retail environment.
-Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing activities to promote retail and furniture products across digital and physical channels.
-Manage the company’s social media platforms, including content creation, posting, client engagement, and lead generation.
-Actively sell products through social media and other digital platforms, engaging enquiries and following up on leads.
-Identify and target different market segments, including high net worth individuals, individual retail customers, and corporate clients, with tailored messaging.
-Support sales operations by preparing quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and sales reports.
-Maintain accurate records of sales, clients, stock movements, and marketing activities.
-Provide administrative support to the showroom and sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
-Coordinate showroom activities, promotions, and product displays to enhance customer experience.
-Assist with product photography, catalogues, price lists, and other marketing and promotional -materials.
-Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups in a professional manner.
-Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and delivery teams to support sales and marketing activities.
-Track marketing performance, social media engagement, and sales leads, and prepare basic reports for management.
-Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support pricing and promotional strategies.
-Support corporate and bulk sales engagements, including documentation and client communication.
-Ensure brand consistency and professionalism in all marketing and administrative communications.
-Perform general office administration duties, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
-Carry out any other marketing, sales, or administrative duties as assigned by management.
