Duties and Responsibilities

-Maintain toilet water tanks to ensure a continuous flow of water for hygiene purposes.
-Maintain sewage reticulation systems to prevent the accumulation of bacteria and enhance hygiene.
-Install power from the nearest distribution point, ensuring an adequate supply of cables for installations.
-Repair plugs and other electrical materials to facilitate smooth operations within the organization.
-Engage in repair work and roof preparation to create dry and manageable areas with controlled humidity, preventing leakages on roofs and ceilings.
-Work on aging, dusty, smoky, and cracked ceilings to maintain them in their original state, contributing to the organization's image.
-Conduct sandpapering to eliminate rough edges, facilitating better paint adherence on walls.
-Receive job cards from departments outlining their building plans and requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of departmental needs and specifications.
-Draft bill of quantity to determine the quantity of building materials needed for job execution.
