1. MACHINISTS – CNC / EDGEBANDER / PANEL SAW
Duties and Responsibilities
-Operate CNC routers, edgebanders, and panel saw machines according to job specifications -Read and interpret cutting lists, technical drawings, diagrams, and measurements -Set up machines, adjust parameters, and ensure accurate, high-quality output -Inspect finished panels for quality, accuracy, and finish -Conduct routine machine maintenance and report mechanical faults -Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment Work closely with other production teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications and Experience
-Minimum 2 years’ experience operating relevant woodworking machinery -Strong understanding of board materials and cutting optimization -Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately -Attention to detail, precision, and quality control -Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
