Duties and Responsibilities

-Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for:
-Tending specific machines for lasting, cutting, closing, and finishing footwear products.
-Performing routine maintenance on the machines to ensure optimal performance.
-Examining finished products for defects and variations, and reporting faults in machines.
-Working with other team members, including supervisors and engineers, to ensure the smooth running of the production process.
-Adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
-Ensuring punctual completion of tasks to meet critical path deadlines
