Loss Control Officer (Integrity Management, Loss Control Division)

Duties and Responsibilities

-Carry out investigations assigned by the Integrity Manager.
-Implement the Integrity Management work plan.
-Execute special projects to recover lost revenue.
-Engage with other strategic law enforcement agencies.
-Conduct lifestyle audits to ensure ZIMRA staff live within their means.
-Maintain databases for all investigations, hotlines, and lifestyle audits.
-Compile integrity and sectional periodic reports.
-Identify and recover ill-gotten wealth.
-Conduct corruption diagnostic assessments.
-Perform corruption risk trend analysis to identify corruption “hot spots”.
-Collaborate with other relevant stakeholders for recovery of assets.

Qualifications and Experience

-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Intelligence & Security, Forensic Investigations, Data Science, or equivalent.
-A Master’s degree in any of the above (or similar) is a distinct advantage.
-Strong understanding (or ability to master) multiple operational systems.
-Minimum of five (5) ‘O’ levels, including English language, Mathematics, and any science subject.
